Are you hesitant to send out calendar invites or shared drive links because they don’t actually have your business email attached to them?

Then you’re in the right place.

You’re right for wanting to make sure you are using BRANDED email to your advantage.

Here are some email tips to get your email up to par:

The first thing to consider: if you aren’t on Google, Microsoft, or Zoho you are missing real capabilities and integrations for your business (like calendar sync, contacts, drive…).

Next step? Make sure your email account is branded! This means making sure it’s “your name” or “hello” or “info” or whatever @yourbusinessname.com

Then we want to make sure we’ve moved everything over to this branded account. This is not something I recommend you do yourself. There are professionals and automated ways to get it done, trust me – as someone who has done this myself, I don’t recommend it. If you need assistance with this, message me, I know someone who can help (not me!).

What happens if you actually do this? If you get your email all cleaned up?

Your email and other platforms will be able to talk to each other!

You won’t have to feel embarrassed by sending out non-branded emails, links, invites, etc.

Plus you and your team will now have the business tech basics you need all set up, so you can spend your time on the stuff that makes you money!

Really, it will make a world of a difference if you begin using this business foundation properly.
