Fifty years ago my parents opened a little restaurant in Billings, Montana called Li’l Peetzas. It closed in 1987, but the fans never forgot it, so this fall our family brought it back for one day to celebrate.

We had about a month, no email list and no way to take a single order. My parents ran the food side, lifelong friends showed up to help, and AI was my tireless team for everything else: the Shopify store and pre-order app, the point of sale, the kitchen order board, the merch, the emails and the social posts. On October 3 we opened with 853 pre-orders.

That month showed me how much AI can add to your capacity and how much of the draining work it can take off your plate, so there’s more time for the parts of the business you love. On October 20 I’m opening up 45 minutes to answer your questions about AI or business, live, and to walk through the tools I use every day right now.
